In the field of painting, airbrushing, graphics - and the one or other related topic- I used to  come up with a solution - which gave me enough reputation and experience to get me to where I am now:

Today I am head of "Theming" (german expression ;)  )  in Freizeit-Land Geiselwind www.freizeit-land.bayern

which is an amusement park in Bavaria. The job position includes general design of new rides & attractions, as well as making things look good and matching the themes in the park.

And never forget:  Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, und taste is not to be discussed.... :)
